Push
A budgeting app for the small "should I?" spending decisions.
What Push does
Push is an iPhone app that helps you manage your monthly fun budget: the money you set aside for treats, eating out and small upgrades. When you're torn between two options, like a regular coffee or the fancy one, Push turns the choice into a quick card game. Win and you take the upgrade; lose and you stick with the cheaper option. Either way, the result nudges your monthly budget up or down within limits you set in advance.
The goal is to make everyday spending decisions faster and more fun, while keeping your month within budget.
Features
- Monthly fun budget. Set your usual budget and how far it may move up or down. The app never lets it go beyond those limits.
- Spending tracker. Log what you actually spend and see how much is left this month.
- History. Every decision and every change to your budget is recorded so you can look back on your month.
- Built-in limits. Daily limits, cooldowns and breaks keep it light. Limits can only be made stricter mid-month, never looser.
- Backup and sync. Your months are backed up to your account so you can restore them on a new iPhone.
No real money
Push is not a gambling app. You can't deposit, wager, win or withdraw money, and there are no prizes or in-app purchases. The amounts in the app are your own budget figures. Push is for adults (18+), and help lines are always one tap away in the app.
Accounts and sign-in
Push requires an account so your budget can be backed up. You can sign in with Apple or Google. With Google, Push only receives your name and email address, and uses them solely to create your account and greet you in the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
