Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms apply to the Push app, made by Jason Tjahjono. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the app is

Push is a budgeting game. You play blackjack hands to decide between two purchases you were already choosing between, and the result moves your own monthly fun budget up or down within limits you set.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Don't use the app where it's not permitted by local law.

Play responsibly

The app has daily limits, cooldowns and breaks to keep play light. If it ever makes real-money gambling feel closer, stop and reach out for help. Support lines are listed in the app under Settings › Help and wellbeing.

Your account

The app requires an account (Sign in with Apple or Google). You're responsible for your account and the devices you use. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account. We may suspend accounts that abuse or try to disrupt the service.

Fair shuffles

Each hand's shuffle is committed (SHA-256) before the first card and can be verified in the app's History. Because the game runs on your device, this proves the deck wasn't changed in response to your moves.

Availability and changes

We provide the app "as is" and may change, pause or discontinue features. We'll try to keep your backup safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for spending decisions you make while using the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
